Telecalling Executive Location: College Road, Nashik Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹ 11,000 To ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills) Performance Incentives: ₹ 5,000 To ₹1,00,000+ (Based on Performance) About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining various financial products, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the Company's financial products. Promote loan products including: Loan Against Property (LAP) Secured & Unsecured Business Loans Home Loans Corporate Funding Cash Credit (CC) Machinery Purchase Funding Working Capital Finance Generate qualified leads through company-provided and self-sourced databases. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and calling targets. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in Excel/CRM. Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth loan processing, file login, and disbursement. Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions. --- Eligibility Criteria Education Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in telecalling or sales are preferred. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in: Telecalling Telesales Customer Support with Sales Financial Services Banking NBFC Insurance Sales --- Required Skills Excellent communication and convincing skills. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (preferred). Basic knowledge of financial products and loans. Good customer relationship and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations. Target-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
