Position: Telesales Executive (Female) Experience: Minimum 6 months (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply). Number of Positions: 3 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives Gender: Female (Unmarried candidates only) Dress Code: Formal Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Calls: Engage with potential customers to promote and sell high-value properties (₹1–₹2 crore). • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective leads from various sources. • Customer Relationships: Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business. • Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our real estate offerings. • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. • CRM Updates: Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM software. • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. • Market Research: Collect feedback to align with customer needs and preferences. • Team Collaboration: Share best practices to improve overall sales techniques. Qualifications: • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication with persuasive abilities. • Sales Experience: Preferable; freshers with excellent skills will be considered. • Goal-Oriented: Strong motivation to meet targets in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and offer solutions. • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
