Job Title: Real Estate Sales Closing Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Closing Manager to lead the end-to-end closure of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential/commercial property sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure smooth deal finalization while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and drive the final stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely deal closures
* Coordinate with sales teams, channel partners, and clients to convert leads into confirmed bookings
* Handle price negotiations, payment plans, and agreement terms with clients
* Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately
* Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
* Work closely with legal, finance, and CRM teams for seamless transaction processing
* Track and report closure performance, revenue, and conversion metrics
* Resolve client concerns or objections during the closing phase
Key Requirements
* minimum four years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on deal closing
* Strong understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and compliance
* Proven track record of achieving sales closure targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
