Present our services in a clear, compelling way. • Understand Client Needs: Listen carefully to clients’ publication goals, understand their challenges, and provide solutions that match their academic needs. • Promote Key Services: Highlight our support in journal publication, research guidance, and thesis preparation, emphasizing the unique advantages we offer. • Convert Leads to Clients: Engage clients with a consultative approach that builds trust, addresses objections, and closes sales smoothly. • Record & Follow Up: Keep track of client conversations, document key insights, and follow up to nurture client relationships.
