Responsibilities:
Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, distributors, and dealers, providing guidance, training, and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and influencers in the assigned territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance, provide feedback, and address challenges.
Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management on market dynamics and sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Ensure effective product placement and distribution within the assigned area.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely product availability.

Preferred Education: MBA

Experience: 5 years, 10 months in paint industries

Skills: Good communication skills

Salary Range: From ₹30,000 to ₹35,000
