1. Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations
2. Interview, hire, and train new employees
3. Create work schedules and assign duties
4. Maintain a positive and productive work environment
5. Resolve customer complaints and issues
6. Monitor and evaluate employee performance
7. Maintain inventory and place orders
8. Process payroll and benefits
