Job Title: Supervisor Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience) Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing teams, monitoring daily activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring work is completed according to company standards. The role may involve supervising production, site, warehouse, or shop-floor operations depending on the industry. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed on time. Monitor team performance and assign daily tasks. Maintain productivity, quality, and workplace discipline. Coordinate with production, operations, or site teams. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies. Prepare daily work reports and maintain operational records. Identify operational issues and report them to management. Support workforce planning and resource allocation. Train and guide new employees when required. Ensure smooth communication between workers and management. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of operations, production, or site supervision. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage teams and solve day-to-day operational issues.
