Job Title: Telecaller Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience) Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply Job Summary We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as experienced candidates. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. Follow up with potential customers and existing clients. Schedule appointments for the sales team. Explain products and services clearly to customers. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and follow-ups. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
