The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day plant operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in production planning and manufacturing activities. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment. Monitor production processes and help improve operational efficiency. Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare technical reports and maintain production records. Assist in machine installation, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams. Follow workplace safety standards and company procedures. Support engineering and manufacturing projects as assigned. Eligibility Criteria B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production, and maintenance. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, or other engineering software is an added advantage. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
