Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for sales and customer interaction. This multifaceted role will involve training, telecalling, sales management, and customer service, providing a diverse and enriching experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assistant Manager: Assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, Overseeing team performance and providing guidance, Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Trainer: Conducting training sessions for new and existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills, Developing training materials and resources, Assessing training effectiveness and making improvements.
Telecalling: Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services, Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing information, Scheduling appointments and follow-up calls.
Sales and Marketing Manager: Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve targets, Identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate them, Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns, Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Customer Executive: Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries, Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, Handling customer complaints and providing solutions, Maintaining customer records and updating databases.

Skills: Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge

Salary Range: From ₹14,200 to ₹20,500
