Job Description For Assistant Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager NextEra Research A SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000020280) Job Profile: Assistant Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager Job Location:- Indore Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle a sales team of 5 to 8 Team Members. 2. Responsible for the Sales of research services to equity and Commodity traders in the Indian Market. 3. Create a follow-up and prospect from the Available database. 4. Assist the team in sales, follow up, and close the deal. 5. Handle clients' queries and solve them. 6. Achieve the Team Sales target, and the individual Team members' target 7. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. 8. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. 9. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. 10. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base 11. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 12. Maintain all the sales target sheets on, monthly basis. 13. Assigning the Target to the Sales team and achieving the assigned target 14. Motivating the sales team to achieve the given target. 15. Maintaining the end-of-the-day report and sharing it with the reporting Authority before leaving the office for the day. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: - 1.Graduate/Post Graduate, Management Graduate. Will have additional advantage with at least 3+ years of experience in a financial product selling 2. Investment Advisory/ Stock broking Experience will be given the privilege. 3. Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills and a passion for sales. 4. Candidates having NISM Qualification will be preferred. 5. Comfortable in Telephonic Sales. CTC Details: Hike on Current CTC Up to 30% (negotiable) only on Valid last Salary Slip and Salary Account Statement.
