Associate Consultant

Position: Associate Consultant Location: Ahmedabad Role Requirement: To be able to support in multiple projects at different locations Good interpersonal & communication skills Proactive Good analytical skills Good with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) Good writing skills - English, Hindi, Gujarati To be able to work on Shop floor at the clients location Good team player Experience in Lean Tool deployment / Continuous Improvement disciplines (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Line Balancing, Visual Management, Lean Daily Management, 5S, Kanban, SMED, Kaizen, TPM, Problem Solving, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, etc.) The key role would be: To prepare documents like SOP, WI, PPTs, Posters, etc. as per input given by senior team members & client To collect data & do analysis on production, rejection/ sales, labour productivity, electricity consumption, etc. To conduct a work-study (time + motion) study on bottleneck and critical processes. To assist in, conducting audits of aspects like 5S, Energy, etc., and preparing audit reports. To provide handholding support to seniors in other priority tasks. To take regular and periodic follow-ups for the completion of the tasks from the client side. To visit various client sites with seniors.
