Associate Regional Head Home Interiors

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Regional Head - Home Interiors to oversee our interior design and furnishings operations across the city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and team leadership, with a passion for design and a proven track record of driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Sales and Business Development: o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets. o Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients. o Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and inform strategy • Team Leadership: o Manage and mentor a team of interior designers, sales representatives, and support staff. o Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team development • Project Management: o Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance. o Ensure high-quality standards in all interior design projects • Client Relations: o Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. o Address client concerns and feedback to enhance service delivery • Reporting and Analysis: o Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. o Analyse regional performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. • 8+ years of overall experience of which 4 years in a managerial role within the interiors or related industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. • Knowledge of design trends and best practices in the interiors industry What We Offer: • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. • A creative and supportive work environment.
