Job Purpose
The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our organization. Need to check
with the Compliance of Labour laws with the industry standards. Also need to facilitate with the employee and
the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and Labour Relations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with employees to foster trust and open communication.
Promote a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand and address workplace issues.
Manage on-boarding & induction for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems.
Performance Management
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, preparing KRAs & KPIs, and
performance appraisals.
Support managers in developing performance improvement plans and talent development roadmaps.
Track progress against performance objectives and recommend corrective actions where required.
Compliance and Legal
Ensure strict adherence to all labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with labor authorities and government bodies as required.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, including attendance, timekeeping, and personnel
files.
Conduct internal HR audits to ensure policy compliance and mitigate risks.
Employee Engagement
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, festivals,
cultural activities, and wellness programs.
Conduct engagement and satisfaction surveys; analyze feedback and recommend improvement actions.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect, track, and analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present periodic HR dashboards, MIS reports, and manpower metrics to corporate HR.
Provide insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a Corporate/manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
