Job Purpose
The Back Office Computer Operator will support administrative and operational functions through data
management, documentation, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
? Prepare and maintain records, reports, and data in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
? Manage documentation for purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
? Assist departments with data entry, record updates, and communication.
? Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for routine follow-ups.
? Maintain office files and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
? Graduate with 1?3 years of back-office or administrative experience.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
