Position: Business Development Associate
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ?10,000 - ?20,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-based incentives (Discussed during interview)
Reports To: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Summary:
The Business Development Associate will assist in generating leads, supporting the sales process, and conducting market research to drive business growth. This entry-level role requires minimum 12th pass qualification and possession of a two wheeler and laptop for effective field and office work.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads.

Provide clients with accurate property information.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Schedule and follow-up on meetings and calls to nurture leads.

Maintain CRM data and collaborate with sales team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Education: 12th pass.

Must own a two wheeler and laptop.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic real estate market knowledge.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Freshers welcome with relevant sales aptitude.
