Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ?20,000 - ?50,000 per month (Fixed) + Commission + Team Override Incentives
Reports To: Business Owner / Managing Director

Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager leads sales strategy and team management, requiring graduation qualification, sales experience, and essential tools like two wheeler and laptop.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement growth strategies.

Lead, mentor and monitor sales team performance.

Build/maintain client and builder relationships.

Recruit and train sales staff.

Manage commission payouts and coordinate marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Education: Graduation.

Must own a two wheeler and laptop.

6 months to 2 years sales experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient with CRM and sales tools.
