# Electrical / Civil Engineer & Site Supervisor **Location:** Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month **Experience:** 2+ Years **Job Type:** Full-time | Site-Based **Position:** Electrical / Civil Engineer – Site Supervisor ## Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Electrical / Civil Engineer or Site Supervisor** with at least **2 years of experience** to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities in **Silvassa**. The candidate will be responsible for **site supervision, manpower coordination, work monitoring, quality checks, material coordination, and ensuring timely completion of work** across different project/site locations in Silvassa. ## Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per requirements. * Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and site teams. * Monitor work progress, quality, and project timelines. * Ensure proper use of materials and resources at the site. * Check electrical/civil work as per drawings and specifications. * Maintain daily site reports and progress updates. * Coordinate material requirements with the concerned team. * Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution. * Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site. * Report daily progress and issues to senior management. * Travel to different project/site locations within **Silvassa** as required. ## Requirements * Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in **Electrical or Civil Engineering** preferred. * Minimum **2 years of relevant site experience**. * Experience in site supervision and team coordination. * Good knowledge of electrical/civil site work. * Ability to read and understand basic drawings. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage workers and contractors. * Willingness to work at **different site locations in Silvassa**. * Candidates comfortable with site-based work will be preferred. ## Salary **₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month**, depending on experience and skills. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Experience:** 2+ Years **Work Location:** Different Project/Site Locations in **Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli**
