CNC Operator Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 1–2 years Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical preferred Job Summary We are hiring a CNC Operator with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operation. The candidate should have knowledge of CNC setting, tool changes, offset adjustments, engineering drawings, quality inspection, and preferably copper component machining. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines according to production requirements. Perform basic machine and tool setting. Carry out tool changes and offset adjustments. Load and unload components safely. Read engineering drawings and process sheets. Monitor machining operations and product quality. Measure components using Vernier Caliper and Micrometer. Work with copper materials/components. Identify machining defects and perform basic troubleshooting. Maintain production and quality records. Follow safety procedures and workplace standards. Required Skills CNC Machine Operation CNC Setting Tool Setting & Tool Change Offset Adjustment Engineering Drawing Reading Vernier Caliper & Micrometer Quality Inspection Copper Material/Component Knowledge Basic Machine Troubleshooting Requirements 1–2 years of relevant CNC Operator experience. Practical CNC machine operation experience is mandatory. Experience with copper components/materials is preferred. ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant qualification preferred. Good attention to detail and quality awareness. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
