Aakruthi Stones Job Title: In-store Sales & Client Support Executive (Female) Location: Bannergatta Road,Jigani Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers and explain products/services in detail. Follow up with clients via calls, messages, and emails. Prepare and send quotations to clients. Manage and update leads using CRM/Excel. Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries. Use social media (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, etc.) for promotions, responding to queries, and client engagement. Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum education: Graduate/PUC (Commerce/Business background preferred). Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling is an advantage. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Social Media). Smart, confident, and target-oriented. Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹15K-18K + Incentives. Performance-based bonuses. Training will be provided.
