Customer Relationship Manager

• Manage customer interactions post-sales • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data • Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams for documentation and handovers • Handle client queries, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication Graduation is Mandatory. Working Days: Mon to Sat, Sun fixed offs Working Hours: 10 am to 7pm Location: Sambhaji Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune Interview mode: in-person Candidates residing near Akurdi, Chinchwad, Pimpri, Chikhali and nearby regions are primarily preferred.
