Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Teliamura, Tripura Workplace: D S Motors, Assam Agartala Road, NH-8, South Pulinpur, Teliamura, Tripura – 799205 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives Experience: 1–5+ Years Qualification: Graduate in Any Discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/CRM preferred Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and support customer retention. Candidates with automobile dealership, service centre, or CRM experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage customer relationship and retention activities. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback. Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns. Manage service reminders and customer follow-ups. Coordinate with sales, service, and customer care teams. Monitor complaint resolution and closure. Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data. Identify reasons for customer drop-off and suggest improvements. Support customer retention campaigns and repeat business. Prepare weekly and monthly CRM performance reports. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 1+ year experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, automobile retail, or service. Automobile dealership CRM experience will be an advantage. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software. Ability to manage customer escalations professionally.
