Design Engineer Location: Warje, Pune, Maharashtra Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team in Warje, Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical design, engineering drawings, and SolidWorks. Candidates with knowledge of manufacturing processes and die & tool design will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Create 3D models from 2D drawings using SolidWorks. Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T and tolerances. Interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Modify and improve existing designs based on project requirements. Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure design accuracy. Support prototype development and manufacturing activities. Maintain design documentation, drawings, and revision records. Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and customer requirements. Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in Mechanical Design. Required Skills Proficiency in SolidWorks. Good knowledge of Engineering Drawings and GD&T. Understanding of manufacturing processes such as Turning, Milling, Grinding, VMC, and Wire Cut. Knowledge of basic measuring instruments. Exposure to Die & Tool Design or Mold Design is an added advantage. Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Punctual, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
