The role will involve supplier management, negotiations, cost control, procurement planning, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies based on business requirements. Identify suitable suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships. Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Manage the procurement process from purchase requests to delivery and approval. Compare supplier quotations and analyze costs to achieve cost savings. Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams for procurement requirements. Identify and manage risks related to suppliers, supply disruptions, and compliance. Support sourcing of direct and indirect materials for new projects and programs. Prepare procurement reports and maintain relevant records. Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and sourcing opportunities. Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes. Experience in cost analysis and supplier evaluation. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and procurement-related software. Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and deadlines.
