# Job Description – E-Commerce Executive **Job Title:** E-Commerce Executive **Location:** Jaipur, Rajasthan **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month **Experience:** 2–5 years ## Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **E-Commerce Executive** to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings, online orders, inventory updates, and marketplace activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and strong coordination and analytical skills. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory on e-commerce platforms. * Handle day-to-day online orders, order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges. * Monitor product availability, stock levels, and pricing. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Track sales performance, product performance, and marketplace metrics. * Maintain accurate product and order-related data. * Identify listing issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. * Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and online sales activities. * Monitor customer reviews and feedback and coordinate for appropriate resolution. * Prepare regular reports related to sales, orders, inventory, and product performance. * Ensure product listings and marketplace information remain accurate and up to date. ## Required Skills * 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related role. * Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling platforms. * Experience with product listing and catalog management. * Knowledge of order, inventory, return, and marketplace management. * Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Basic analytical and reporting skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ## Educational Qualification * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. * Relevant experience may be considered in place of a specific degree. ## Preferred Experience Experience with platforms such as **Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or other e-commerce marketplaces** will be an advantage. ## Work Location **Jaipur, Rajasthan** ## Employment Type **Full-time**
