**About The Role**
Global Dynamics Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge electrical systems and components for our next-generation products. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the full lifecycle design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems, circuits, and components from concept to production.
* Conduct detailed circuit analysis, simulations, and calculations to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
* Oversee the selection and integration of electrical components, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain resilience.
* Design and optimize Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), including schematic capture, layout, and Gerber file generation.
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, perform rigorous validation, and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, firmware, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless product integration.
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations (e.g., UL, CE, IEC), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes, tools, and methodologies.
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for electrical engineering tasks.
**Requirements**
* 8 years of progressive experience in Electrical Engineering, with a strong focus on product development.
* Demonstrated expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
* Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, SPICE).
* Solid understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles.
* Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive solutions from concept through production.
* Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience with test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
* Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles.
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
