The candidate will be responsible for handling **client queries, coordinating with clients, providing technical support, and assisting with day-to-day electrical engineering activities**. ## Key Responsibilities * Handle and respond to client queries through phone, email, and other communication channels. * Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical information or solutions. * Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely resolution of queries. * Follow up on pending client requirements and requests. * Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation. * Assist with electrical-related technical and office activities. * Prepare quotations, technical documents, and correspondence when required. * Maintain professional communication with clients. * Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members. ## Requirements * Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. * Around **1 year of relevant experience**. * Good knowledge of basic electrical concepts. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel. * Strong client-handling and follow-up skills. * Good written and verbal communication. * Ability to understand and resolve client queries. * Comfortable working in an office environment. * Female candidates preferred. * Willing to work from office in **Navsari, Gujarat**. ## Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be **technically sound, confident in communicating with clients, and comfortable handling client queries independently**.
