Job Title: Fertilizer Sales Executive Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience) Experience: 2–5 Years Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive (Fertilizer) to promote fertilizer and agricultural input products in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in fertilizer, agrochemical, seeds, or agricultural product sales and be capable of developing dealer networks, managing distributors, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote fertilizer products and agricultural inputs in the assigned territory. Visit dealers, distributors, agricultural retailers, and farmers regularly. Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network. Generate new business opportunities and appoint new dealers. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical product information when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product deliveries. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in Agriculture, Science, Commerce, or any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in Fertilizer, Agrochemical, Seeds, or Agricultural Product Sales. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be preferred.
