Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA or any recognized graduate program (any discipline).
Proven experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development; high-potential freshers may also be considered.
Fluency in English is mandatory (both verbal and written communication).
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and documentation.
Good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer acquisition strategies.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with a proactive approach.
Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
