Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Salesman Company: FMCG / Namkeen Distribution Business Job Location: Field Work (Local Market Area) Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Field Salesman who can visit retail shops, promote our products, generate orders, and build strong relationships with customers. The candidate should be confident in communication and passionate about sales. Key Responsibilities Visit retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors daily. Promote and sell company products in the assigned market area. Take orders from retailers and ensure timely supply. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners. Identify new shops and expand market coverage. Collect market feedback and competitor information. Maintain daily sales and visit reports. Required Skills Good communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of sales and marketing Ability to travel locally in the market area Honest, responsible, and target oriented Basic smartphone usage for reporting Qualifications Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass Sales experience preferred (FMCG experience is a plus) Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary + Sales Incentive Travel Allowance (if applicable) Performance Bonus Working Hours Full-time field work Weekly one day off Interested candidates can contact: 9124977472
