Field Sales Executive – Project Sales Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2–4 Years Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work from Office + Field Visits Job Overview We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience in sales and client handling. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, generating leads and bringing new projects from hotels, restaurants, offices and residential properties in Indore. Responsibilities Visit potential customers and generate new sales leads. Meet hotel, restaurant, office and residential property owners or decision-makers. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities. Follow up with potential clients and convert enquiries into projects. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Visit project sites when required and coordinate with clients. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team. Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in field sales or project sales. Experience in generating business from hotels, restaurants, offices or residential projects is preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop relationships with new clients. Comfortable with regular field visits in and around Indore. Candidates with experience in B2B or project-based sales can apply. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in interior, construction, building materials, furniture, electrical, sanitaryware, tiles or other project-based sales may be suitable for this role.
