Furnace Operations Supervisor Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 1–2 Years Job Summary We are looking for a Furnace Operations Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or metal processing. The candidate should have practical experience in furnace operations and working with copper and copper components. The role involves supervising furnace operations, production activities, operators, quality, and workplace safety. Responsibilities Supervise daily furnace operations and production activities. Monitor furnace temperature, heating cycles, and process parameters. Handle and monitor copper melting/processing and copper components. Supervise operators and production workers. Allocate manpower according to production requirements. Monitor production output and maintain daily production records. Check product quality and report production issues. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores teams. Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components. Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure use of required PPE. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the furnace area. Report equipment or process-related issues to the supervisor/management. Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience in furnace operations or production supervision. Experience working with copper and copper components is preferred. Basic understanding of furnace operation and manufacturing processes. Ability to supervise operators and manage production activities. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of production records and documentation. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related field preferred. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and production shifts.
