**Responsibilities:**

1. Outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads and sales
2. Screening and qualifying leads over the phone
3. Providing product/service information and answering customer queries
4. Maintaining accurate customer records and call logs
5. Following up with leads and closing sales
6. Generating daily/weekly reports on call outcomes
