# HR Executive **Pay:** ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month ## Job Title **HR Executive** **Location:** Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh **Job Type:** Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office ## Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive **HR Executive** to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have **1–2 years of HR experience** and hands-on knowledge of **PF, ESIC, payroll support, employee onboarding, and statutory compliance**. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management. ## Key Responsibilities * Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and joining formalities. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Process and manage PF and ESIC registrations, contributions, and compliance. * Support payroll processing and attendance management. * Coordinate employee confirmation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements. * Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies. * Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, PF, and ESIC. * Prepare HR reports, MIS, and statutory records. * Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities. ## Required Skills * Knowledge of PF & ESIC compliance. * Payroll and attendance management. * Recruitment and onboarding. * HR documentation and record management. * Labour law compliance. * MS Excel and MS Office proficiency. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. ## Education * Bachelor's degree in **Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline** (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). * HR certifications or diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage. ## Eligibility * **1–2 years of experience** as an HR Executive or HR Generalist. * Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage. ## Benefits * Competitive salary package. * Career growth opportunities. * Professional and supportive work environment. * Paid leave and company benefits as per company policy. **Pay:** ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month **Work Location:** In person (Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh)
