Responsibilities:
Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Supporting onboarding process** for new employees
Maintaining HR databases, employee records, and attendance
Assisting in employee engagement activities and events
Helping in drafting HR policies and official letters
Coordinating with different teams for HR-related tasks
Preparing reports and maintaining data in Excel/Google Sheets
Supporting payroll and compliance-related activities (basic level)
