Job Summary:
An HR Executive manages hiring, employee records, and daily HR activities in the company.
Main Responsibilities:
Post job openings and collect resumes
Call and schedule interviews
Coordinate with candidates and managers
Handle joining and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and documents
Track attendance and leave details
Support payroll and salary processing
Handle employee queries and issues
Ensure company rules and policies are followed
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Organizational and multitasking ability
People handling skills
Attention to detail
Experience:
Fresher or 0–2 years experience in HR
Qualification:
Any degree (HR preferred but not mandatory)
