We are looking for an HR Manager to take care of all human resource activities in our PhD Assistance Company. The role includes hiring the right people, maintaining employee records, handling salaries, and ensuring a smooth and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire suitable candidates for different departments.
Conduct interviews and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Handle payroll processing and related HR documents.
Conduct joining formalities and induction for new employees.
Organize training and skill development programs.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support management decisions.
Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal processes.
Maintain discipline and a healthy work atmosphere.
Prepare HR reports and assist management in workforce planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
