**Roles and Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the research, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and organizational best practices.
* Communicate and educate employees on HR policies, ensuring consistent application across all departments and fostering a culture of transparency and fairness.
* Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting thorough screenings and interviews, and managing the offer process.
* Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows, enhance candidate experience, and generate insightful recruitment analytics.
* Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
* Support the administration of the performance management system, including facilitating goal setting, coordinating performance reviews, and managing feedback processes to drive employee development and productivity.
* Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring strict compliance with all statutory regulations (e.g., Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Tax Deducted at Source).
* Maintain meticulous payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, and address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions.
* Administer and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality for all employee records.
* Generate comprehensive HR reports and analytics from the HRIS to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and inform HR initiatives.
* Provide training and ongoing support to employees on HRIS functionalities, promoting self-service and efficient data management.
