About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across our retail outlets and factory units. This role is ideal for someone who can build HR systems from the ground up and manage both blue-collar and white-collar teams effectively.
Responsibilities
Set up and standardize HR policies, processes, and SOPs across locations
Manage onboarding, employee engagement, training, and exits
Oversee payroll management, PF/ESIC compliance, and HR documentation
Lead recruitment across departments and build internal HR capacity
Support performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure policy implementation and compliance across all levels
Handle full exit process including interviews, clearances, and F&F settlements
Requirements
4–5 years of hands-on HR experience in retail, factory, or multi-location environments
Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and labor laws
Proven experience setting up HR processes and systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable managing both blue- and white-collar employees
Must be available for in-person interviews and on-site work
