It Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, network management, and providing technical support to internal teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks. 2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and servers. 3. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, printers, and other IT assets. 4. Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security. 5. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. 6. Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries. 7. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement or repair. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2. Proven experience in IT support or system administration preferred. 3. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and basic server management. 4. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong organizational and problem-solving ability. Nice to Have: Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Basic understanding of cybersecurity protocols.
