Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to Tata 1mg products and services
Addressing customer queries and providing accurate information

Building rapport with customers and fostering long-term relationships
Achieving sales targets and contributing to team goals
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
Staying updated on Tata 1mg product knowledge and promotions
