Understand products and services offered by Emerge Business Groups and find out promotional activities to connect with dealers 2. Identify the valuable dealers and connect them with your role 3. Track and monitor the performance of the employees working under your post. Personal competencies 1. Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion 2. Has sound judgement and ability to solve issues on the spot 3. Good communication and leadership skill
