Roles and Responsibilities: * Accurately pick orders according to provided pick lists or instructions, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. * Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit. * Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, following established safety procedures and handling equipment responsibly. * Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, comparing items against packing lists or invoices. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and warehouse standards. * Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors promptly, contributing to inventory accuracy and quality control. * Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and stock replenishment, as directed. * Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and operational protocols. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
