# Job Title: Production Line Supervisor **Location:** Gurugram, Haryana **Salary:** ₹35,000 per month **Experience:** Minimum 5 Years **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Production Line Supervisor** to oversee daily production operations in our injection molding manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, managing shop floor teams, and ensuring safe and efficient production processes. ## Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day operations across assigned production lines. * Ensure daily production targets for output, quality, and efficiency are achieved. * Monitor machine performance and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime. * Lead, motivate, and manage production operators and technicians during shifts. * Conduct shift meetings to communicate production goals, quality standards, and daily priorities. * Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. * Coordinate with the Quality team to maintain product quality and resolve production issues. * Escalate machine, quality, and manpower concerns to the Production Manager when required. * Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, rejections, and material usage. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, 5S practices, and company policies. * Participate in shift handovers and provide clear operational updates. * Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization initiatives. ## Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in production supervision within injection molding, plastic manufacturing, or automotive components. * Strong knowledge of production planning, machine operations, and manufacturing processes. * Experience in team supervision, shift management, and shop floor operations. * Good understanding of quality control, safety standards, and 5S practices. * Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting. ## Benefits * Salary up to **₹35,000 per month** * Career growth opportunities * Professional and supportive work environment * Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing processes and production technologies
