# Job Title: Production Manager **Location:** Gurugram, Haryana **Salary:** ₹60,000 per month **Experience:** Minimum 8 Years **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** to lead and manage production operations at our injection molding manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, improving operational efficiency, leading production teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end production operations across multiple injection molding production lines. * Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve business targets. * Manage and mentor Production Line Supervisors and shop floor teams to ensure high performance. * Monitor key production KPIs including OEE, cycle time, downtime, rejection rate, and throughput. * Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production operations. * Manage manpower planning, machine utilization, production scheduling, and mold change activities. * Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace safety regulations, and company policies. * Analyze production data, prepare performance reports, and present improvement plans to senior management. * Support new product launches, production trials, and process optimization initiatives. * Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence across the production department. ## Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **8 years of experience** in production within **plastic injection molding** or **automotive components manufacturing**. * At least **3–4 years of experience** in a production leadership or managerial role. * Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, machine operations, mold management, and production planning. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Strong understanding of production KPIs such as **OEE, cycle time, rejection rate, downtime, and throughput**. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills. * Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production reporting. ## Benefits * Salary up to **₹60,000 per month** * Career growth and leadership opportunities * Professional and collaborative work environment * Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
