Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will manage the production team, monitor quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of outputs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production operations. Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet production targets. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance as needed. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in production processes. Identify and resolve production issues to maintain workflow. Maintain production logs and prepare daily/weekly reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in production supervision or similar roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control. Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
