Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer to manage plant electrical and electronics maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical safety, utilities, energy management, and coordination with maintenance teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day electrical and electronics maintenance activities. Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Troubleshoot motors, transformers, PLC, VFD, DC drives, SCADA, sensors, MCC/PCC panels, control panels, switchgear, relays, contactors, and breakers. Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC motors and electrical protection systems. Handle electrical maintenance of DG sets, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC and heating systems. Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules. Minimize equipment downtime through timely troubleshooting and corrective action. Ensure proper earthing, electrical protection, PPE usage, and safe maintenance practices. Monitor plant electrical load, power consumption, and power factor. Identify opportunities for energy saving and improved equipment efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports and MIS. Maintain equipment history, breakdown records, spare records, and maintenance documentation. Coordinate with Purchase and suppliers for electrical spares and technical requirements. Provide technical specifications for electrical equipment and spare parts. Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance work. Supervise and coordinate with electrical technicians and maintenance staff. Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Utility, and other plant departments. Required Skills Industrial Electrical Maintenance Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance PLC & SCADA VFD / AC Drive / DC Drive AC & DC Motors Transformers MCC / PCC / Control Panels Switchgear & Protection Systems Sensors & Heating Systems DG / Compressor / HVAC / Cooling Tower Electrical Troubleshooting Power Factor & Energy Management Electrical Safety & Earthing MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with strong relevant industrial experience may also be considered. Candidate Requirements 6–10 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical/electronics maintenance. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience. Manufacturing/plant experience preferred. Good knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance. Ability to independently manage plant electrical maintenance. Good team-handling, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work from the Pithampur plant location. Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred. Salary ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and technical skills.
