Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities 1. Plan and achieve daily production targets. 2. Assign work to operators and production workers. 3. Monitor production processes and workflow. 4. Ensure maximum machine utilization and efficiency. 5. Maintain product quality as per company standards. 6. Reduce production rejection, wastage, and downtime. 7. Follow and enforce safety rules and company policies. 8. Ensure availability of raw materials for production. 9. Maintain daily production reports and records. 10. Coordinate proper shift handover activities. 11. Train and guide production staff when required. 12. Maintain discipline and teamwork on the production floor. 13. Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine issues. 14. Take corrective actions to avoid production delays. 15. Monitor WIP and inventory during production. 16. Ensure timely completion of customer orders. 17. Improve productivity and control production costs. 18. Report production status to management regularly. 19. Support continuous improvement activities and new processes. 20. Ensure compliance with audit and operational standards.
