Job Title: Factory Worker / Production Worker Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Location Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh Job Type Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office Job Overview We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Workers / Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will assist in the production of aluminium products used for brick moulds and brick manufacturing. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of aluminium products. Operate basic production tools and equipment. Handle loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished goods. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area. Follow supervisor instructions and company safety guidelines. Perform quality checks on finished products. Support daily production targets and team activities. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 8th Pass / 10th Pass / 12th Pass. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
