# Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager **Location:** Gurugram, Haryana **Salary:** ₹60,000 per month **Experience:** Minimum 6 Years **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Quality Assurance Manager** to lead and oversee the quality assurance function for our injection molding manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quality management systems, automotive quality standards, team leadership, and continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive quality excellence, reduce defects, and ensure customer satisfaction. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department across all production lines. * Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with **ISO 9001** and **IATF 16949** standards. * Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the quality team. * Drive root cause analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous quality improvement initiatives. * Monitor and reduce customer complaints, product rejections, scrap, and rework. * Handle customer quality requirements, including **PPAP, APQP, 8D Reports**, and audit support. * Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits while ensuring audit readiness. * Collaborate with production, tooling, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality. * Monitor quality KPIs, analyze performance data, and present reports to senior management. * Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality standards. ## Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **6 years of experience** in Quality Assurance within **plastic injection molding** or **automotive components manufacturing**. * At least **2–3 years of experience** in a team leadership or managerial role. * Strong knowledge of **Injection Molding Processes**, **ISO 9001**, **IATF 16949**, **APQP**, **PPAP**, **FMEA**, **MSA**, **SPC**, **Control Plans**, and **8D Problem Solving**. * Experience with customer quality management, audits, and complaint resolution. * Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting tools. ## Benefits * Salary up to **₹60,000 per month** * Career growth and leadership opportunities * Professional and collaborative work environment * Opportunity to work with advanced automotive manufacturing and quality systems
